(a) "Service" means the mortgagee clause database provided by Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision. (b) "User" means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Service. (c) "Database" means the collection of mortgagee clause information stored in the Service.
(a) The User may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. (b) The User may not use the Service to transmit, store, or process any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. (c) The User may not use the Service to engage in any activity that would interfere with the operation of the Service or its use by others.
(a) Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Database. (b) Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision may update or modify the Database at any time without notice. (c) The User may use the Database only for its own internal business purposes and may not sell or license any information obtained from the Database to any third party. (d) All data is listed for informational purposes only.
Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements.
(a) The Service and Database are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. (b) Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or Database, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Service or Database.
Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision may terminate the User's access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
The price of our services is subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes 30 days in advance.
(a) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Unbreak Quality LLC DBA LendPrecision and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. (b) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law (c)LendPrecision reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you accept and agree to the updated terms and conditions.
